Genoa Township Supervisor Endorses Soucy For Clerk

In a social media post, Genoa Township Supervisor Kevin Spicher said he will be voting to retain Clerk Rick Soucy, saying Soucy was the “only township trustee” to step forward when former Clerk Janene Deaton resigned and interview for the position “at a time when the township needed stability.”
