Deputies were dispatched around 2:30pm Sunday to eastbound I-96, east of Highland Road, in Howell Township for the fatal crash that killed a 22-year-old Fowlerville man and a 71-year-old Roscommon man.
While five area school districts showed a decline in their preliminary fall enrollment figures, South Lyon, Brighton and Pinckney were bright spots.
The remaining punch list items for the project will be addressed as weather permits.
2023 passes can be used immediately - before the new year begins.
