Here is the student-athlete of the week, brought to you by Bob Maxey Ford of Howell, on Grand River just one mile west of the Latson exit.

This week’s student-athlete is Molly Carney of the Howell softball team. Molly was dominant while pitching Howell to a district title, striking out 11 while throwing a perfect game in the semifinals, then allowing two hits and striking eight as Howell beat Skyline 3-1 in the championship game.
