An Ohio woman who dragged a DoorDash driver to his death following a fender bender in a grocery store parking lot was sentenced last week to up to 5½ years in prison.
Danielle Henry was handed the sentence after pleading guilty last month to aggravated vehicular homicide in the death of 38-year-old Ibrahim Diakite, WBNS-TV road rage incident, Henry had several active warrants, for charges of theft, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with police.
"She was obviously willing to do whatever she could to keep from being caught by the police and showed herself to be a danger to the community," Westerville Police Chief Holly Murchland told the news outlet.
Henry will be required to serve at least four years, and her driver's license was permanently suspended.
