Dramatic video and photos captured an Arizona sheriff deploying a helicopter to rescue two people stranded in a flooded car during heavy rains.
The scene unfolded Wednesday along State Route 238, about 20 miles west of Maricopa, where the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office reported two people in their 80s stuck inside a vehicle, heavy rains impacted communities across the Southwest U.S., Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said in a statement obtained by FOX Weather.
