A mother recorded an apparent road rage encounter on a North Carolina interstate after another driver allegedly cut her off, brake-checked her and repeatedly threatened to kill her while her 3-year-old son cried in the back seat.
Myeka Dunn told Greensboro Police Department said officers issued a be-on-the-lookout alert, or BOLO, after receiving reports of a dark blue sedan swerving through traffic and yelling at other motorists.
Investigators have since identified the driver involved, though no arrest has been made.
"The victim has been advised how to obtain a warrant on a misdemeanor charge from the Magistrate's Office due to the incident occurring outside the presence of officers," the department said in a statement shared on Facebook.
Dunn also told WRAL News she is in the process of obtaining a misdemeanor warrant against the driver.
