An American Forces Network employee who died Tuesday following a vehicle collision near a military installation in California was found with a gunshot wound.
The unidentified employee was driving to work at the March Air Reserve Base, 60 miles east of Los Angeles, at around 8 a.m. when the incident occurred, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said, as reported by hospitalized in critical condition. Details about what led to the shooting were not disclosed.
