A local restaurateur’s rooftop bar in downtown Royal Oak is closing its doors this weekend.

Pinky’s Rooftop is located at 100 South Main Street - boasting pink décor, craft cocktails, and small plates.

The closure announcement was made on social media and states “Thank you for an amazing 6 years! We will be closing our doors on 6/28 but would love to celebrate with you this weekend and next before we lock our doors for the last time.”

Pinky’s is part of the Adam Merkel Restaurant group, which has dining destinations in downtown Howell and Royal Oak.

Pinky’s is in the same building as The Pearl Room Cocktail Lounge and Bohemia Nightclub in Royal Oak, which are expected to remain open. Howell ventures include Diamonds Steak & Seafood, The Silver Pig, and Cello Italian Restaurant.
