Construction projects are starting back up in the Village of Milford.

The Village advises that East Huron Street construction is slated to begin this Wednesday, weather permitting. The initial work will be preparation for road grading and miscellaneous utility work. Curb placement will occur in the upcoming weeks.

Motorists are reminded that Huron Street remains closed to thru-traffic for the duration of construction.

Other projects planned for 2022 include repaving (mill & overlay and preservation overlay work) in the Milford Bluffs and Milford Heights neighborhoods, and West Commerce Road between Main Street and Oak Street – which includes pedestrian access improvements.

The Village says all projected dates and timelines are weather permitting.
