Lavey Insurance is your hometown Pinckney insurance agency since 1932 and we are currently looking for an experienced, full time P & C insurance agent (licensed preferred but not required)/customer service representative.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and able to work constructively in a team format. Must be detailed oriented, self directed individual. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service existing customers, quote and sell new prospects. Service includes responding to inquiries by phone or email regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions and billing clarifications using multiple insurance company websites.

This is not a remote position. 40 hours per week in office.

Knowledge of TAM/Applied Systems helpful but not required.

Salary will commensurate with experience.
