SEASONAL (May-Sept 2025) SITE CREW MEMBER

REPORTS TO

Site Development Superintendent

JOB OVERVIEW

The Crew Member will be part of a hard-working team that will service and maintain ALL Chestnut Development property including but not limited to Residential Communities, Offices, Rentals, Commercial Buildings, and Apartment Communities. This team will also be responsible for all Chestnut site work including earthwork, trenching, backfill and compaction, including equipment use and repair. The Crew Members will show up strong every morning and will be alert and aware for a team meeting to hear the schedule for the day. Crew Members will be expected to do physical labor and will comply with the proper training and safety regulations implemented. (Must be 18 years of age)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Follow the daily plan executed by Crew Leader
• Attend daily morning safety meeting with the Crew
• Ask questions if instructions are not clear
• Use of equipment with proper training
• Mowing and maintenance of lawns in the Summer
• Landscaping Install
• Lawn Maintenance: Trim bushes & trees, Weed beds, Blow clippings
• Irrigation repair and maintenance
• Powerwash cleaning
• Prepare and maintain equipment for each season
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
• Rust removal at all properties
• Site Clean up
• Earthwork & Trenching
• Backfill & Compaction
• Operation of Hand Tools, off Road Trucks, Wheel Loader & Skid Steer
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age
• Driver's License
• Pre-hire drug screening (includes THC)
• Good Communication skills & TEAM Player (Humble, Hungry & Smart)
• Able to pick up 50 lbs and have the stamina for physical demands

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
